1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SideKick AI ("the App"), an AI-powered reply suggestion application developed and operated by Karmanya ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using SideKick AI, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. Service Description
3.1 What SideKick AI Does
SideKick AI is a mobile application that allows users to upload a screenshot of a chat conversation and receive AI-generated reply suggestions in a tone of their choosing. The App is designed to assist with personal messaging and communication, particularly for social and dating contexts.
The AI pipeline works as follows:
You upload a screenshot of a conversation
Our AI system extracts the conversation text from the image
Our AI system generates reply options based on the extracted text and your selected tone
Reply suggestions are returned to you in the App
3.2 Available Plans
Free Plan:
5 AI-generated reply suggestions per day
Ad-supported (you will see Interstitial and Rewarded ads)
Pro Plan:
Unlimited daily reply suggestions
Zero Advertisements
Access to additional tone options

3.3 Development Status
SideKick AI is a continuously evolving product. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, update pricing for future plan tiers, or discontinue the App with reasonable notice to users.
4. User Accounts and Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use SideKick AI, you must:
Provide a valid email address and create a secure password
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access at karmanyasingh8@gmail.com
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse the platform, or if we discontinue the service.
5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use SideKick AI only for lawful purposes. You will not:
Upload screenshots containing content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, or harassing
Upload screenshots belonging to another person without their knowledge or consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to circumvent daily usage limits or abuse the AI system
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its AI outputs commercially without prior written consent
Use the App in any way that violates the terms of third-party services it depends on (including Google's usage policies)
5.2 Content You Upload
You are solely responsible for the content of screenshots you upload. By uploading a screenshot, you confirm that:
You have the right to share the content in that screenshot with a third-party AI service
The upload does not violate anyone else's privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The reply suggestions generated by SideKick AI are produced by an AI model (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) and are provided for informational, entertainment, and communication assistance purposes only.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be:
Accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation
Free from errors, biases, or unintended interpretations
Effective in achieving any particular outcome
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any suggested reply. SideKick AI is not liable for any personal, professional, or relational outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
7. Subscription Plans and Payments
7.1 Plan Billing
Paid plan (Pro) is billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are processed through the respective app store platform (Google Play Store).
7.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Google Play Store refund policy. We do not offer independent refunds outside of platform-level dispute processes.
7.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the App after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7.4 Free Plan Limits
Free plan users are limited to 5 AI-generated replies per day. Limits reset every 24 hours. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at our discretion.
8. Data Privacy and Image Handling
8.1 Data Collection
By using SideKick AI, you acknowledge that we collect and process account registration data, uploaded screenshots (deleted within 24 hours), and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Image Deletion
All uploaded screenshots are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. We do not retain, review, or use your images for any purpose beyond generating your reply suggestions.
8.3 Third-Party AI Processing
Uploaded screenshots are transmitted to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for processing. By uploading a screenshot, you consent to this transmission. Please review Google's AI data handling policies for details.
8.4 Full Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before using the App.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in SideKick AI — including its branding, UI/UX design, codebase, and proprietary AI prompting logic — are the exclusive property of the Developer.
9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 AI Output Ownership
Reply suggestions generated by SideKick AI are provided to you for your personal use. You may use them freely in your personal communications. We do not claim ownership over the specific text of generated replies.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SIDEKICK AI, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED REPLY SUGGESTIONS.
10.3 Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that the use of AI-generated replies in real conversations carries inherent social risk. The Developer is not responsible for any personal, professional, or relational outcomes resulting from replies used through the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of SideKick AI, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or the content of screenshots you upload.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
12.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of SideKick AI but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
12.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of SideKick AI at any time. For significant changes that materially affect your use of the App, we will provide reasonable notice through in-app notifications or email.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at karmanyasingh8@gmail.com or using the account deletion option in the App settings.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use SideKick AI immediately ceases. We will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe following the applicable data retention period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or SideKick AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
14.3 Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to:
Notify the other party in writing of the dispute
Attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days
Consider mediation or arbitration if direct negotiation fails
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding SideKick AI and supersede all prior agreements.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, internet service failures, or third-party service outages (including Google AI API unavailability).
16. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify active users through in-app notification or email. Your continued use of SideKick AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated reply suggestions
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App
